Philip’s hospitality career began with Hyatt International across Europe and the US, leading to a pivotal role in Hong Kong in 2002. His passion for Asia’s vibrancy led him to Minor Hospitality and later impactful positions with Wharf Hotels and Dorsett Hospitality. Now based in Asia Pacific, Philip specialises in developing innovative, results-driven strategies for the region's unique market challenges. Before founding CUBE in 2018, he held senior global roles in Revenue Management, Distribution, and Sales & Marketing with renowned hotel brands. A University of Nevada, Las Vegas and ICHA Brig graduate, Philip blends academic expertise with decades of leadership.
