Noel Merainer leads the expansion of the Rosewood Hotel Group portfolio across the Asia Pacific region, including ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Residences, upper upscale New World Hotels & Resorts and Carlyle & Co. private members clubs. He joined the Group in 2018 and is based in Hong Kong. During his tenure, Noel has grown the footprint of the Group into new markets such as Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and Maldives. Prior to joining Rosewood, Noel held various positions at Marriott International for eight years, including Vice President of Development Planning and Feasibility for Asia Pacific.
