James supports the growth and development of Four Seasons residential business. He is based in London with direct oversight of new residential projects being taken into sales across EMEA and APAC, also supporting the residential pipeline in the Americas. His team runs performance analytics across the portfolio and is responsible for the initial residential feasibility work, while also supporting development partners providing sales and marketing input and leveraging Four Seasons marketing channels. He is approaching 10 years with Four Seasons before which was with Knight Frank for 13 years, qualifying with RICS and leading their international residential development consultancy business.
